How come Chacho doesn’t have a dorsal fin?

^his breed isn’t supposed to.  He’s a Lionhead.  Ranchu’s don’t have a dorsal fin either.  Some lionheads and ranchu’s do, but that either means they were bred accidentally with another goldfish breed, or is just an anomaly.
