i’ve been proposed a trade:
i have bosh
i’m being offered bynum and deng (who i always thought might be chinese) for him.
i’m inclined to say no even though bynum’s had a good start.

Don’t forget Gasol has been out and he’ll eat into Bynum’s minutes and touches when he gets back.  I’d say no.

I’ve never really been a fan of trades where it’s one player for two players since you’ll have to drop another person on your roster anyways.

getting some funky trade offers. everyone
wants either bynum or oden, or both. got
cased by complete strangers when i reached
for both during the live drafts in the early-middle
and middle rounds.

now what, suckas.

on a side note, thinking of selling both high, before
the injury bug hits my squads, on what has become
an annual visit.

should i pick up bogut or brand and drop Jason Thompson (Sac F) or Joakim Noah?

Thompson and Noah have had better production so far, but i don’t have faith that either will keep it up.

Brand has shown flashes of his old self and Bogut can’t play through ANY injury.

barring injury, there is nothing standing
in the way for either thompson or noah.
those guys are young and as you mentioned,
less likely to have breakdown issues like
elton and andrew.

brand was sucking when speights was
healthy, and is only getting a ton of time
now because he’s injured. prior to the
injury, brand wasn’t even playing 4th quarters

i’ve got bogut on one of my squads, and
all i’m hoping he’ll do is put a couple quality
games together so i can trade him. his faulty back
has screwed me over too many years in a row.

on a side note, how many teams are in this
league where those guys are in the FA pool?

thanks.

8, we usually have 10-12, but we didn’t invite people back who gave up mid season in previous years.

So I think I’m the only one in my other league who is actually paying attention, unless everyone else knows something I don’t know.  The guy ranked last in our league dropped Chauncey Billips and I picked him up off waivers even though I had the lowest priority.  I’m still scratching my head why nobody else picked him up.

Bogut’s FT % sucks ass. And Brand is too inconsistent. I’d go with Noah and Thompson in that order.

i was offered luol deng, channing frye and shawn marion for bosh and jeff green (i’d probably drop ben wallace).  frye’s been good because of the 3’s and deng and marion aren’t bad either.  any thoughts?

Keep Bosh. Frye can’t keep up his earlier season play. Marion is washed up. And Deng is inconsistent.

^but would Bosh be untouchable this year??

Who are the top 5 picks for fantasy basketball now?

Durant, Paul, Bryant Lebron, Nowitzki… then who?

Are Wade and Bosh top ten picks still?  Wade’s freethrow rate is going to drop and is Bosh going to actually see the ball in his hands?

I’ll put my money on David Lee. He’ll thrive playing for the Warriors.

Thrive and Warriors are not compatible terms.

Just like Nuggets and deep playoff run.
