Rashida Jones (Karen) is cute. I like the Jim-Pam relationship. They went through 3 freaking seasons of confused signals, so they’re supposed to have their time in the sun.
I’m really eager to see how Michael’s character deals with the aftermath of screwing up Jan’s hearing and his standing with Dunder-Mifflin. Steve Carrell recently said he had to serve 2 weeks of jury duty for a case in which both parties couldn’t speak English and had to use an interpretor. He wants to write an episode for next season based on that with his Michael Scott character in it. I can already tell it’s gonna be gold.
That is pretty crazy how Ryan’s on coke. The deleted scenes are kinda funny, too. In one, Troy (the Hobbit) does a talking head interview and says that as a friend it’s his responsibility to “make sure Ryan has a good time and to sell him the stuff that lets him have a good time.” Then he turned around and walked off camera, but he was like a foot below what the camera man had set up for.
