I’d pick skinny over fat.

On the plus side for skinny (in terms of good food):
Skinny probably is pickier about quality.  Fat might eat anything.
Skinny might be skinny because he works too hard and forgets to eat.  Fat may have ate half your meal before serving it.

On the minus side for skinny:
Skinny might be cooking healthy low fat foods.  Everyone knows fat tastes good.
Skinny might have some disease.

i too chose skinny over fat.  as long as they like food, it’s good.  there’s something about people who don’t like eating that throws me off.

What about Mario Batali?  Homeboy is thick, and makes awesome food.

According to the drawing in Vapiano you do not trust a skinny chef.

Only thing I can associate with fat chef is that he or she’s lazy.
