I was thinking of buying a new bike after spending an afternoon trying to clean up my old mtn bike. Probably road since I don’t go offroad despite how much fun it is and comfortable it is to fly off curbs on a mtn bike. Good to hear Joe’s still riding. Damn I’m so overdue to visit Chicago. Would like to bring my bike too.

Went to the gym with a few friends and did some lifting for the first time (I had only done cardio/abs on most of my visits to get back into the swing of things) and am experiencing that type of sore you get when you seriously haven’t worked out in awhile. Ouch. Hope the pain subsides soon.

I’m still waiting for my butt to get use to the seat all over again this season.

Solution: folding bike so you can get some weight training in with the cardio.

Today was an awesome easy going day.

Swimming a couple laps, then jacuzzi, then dry sauna then steam room, then some refreshing drinks at the juice bar, then the bike ride home.

Now, i’m plopping myself on the deck and taking a nap in the sun. Fuck yeah, gotta be at work at 2. Easy days at the gym are the shit.

So....lifting with elbow bursitis.

Running with a not fully healed sprained knee.

I am the dumbest person.

But, I feel great.

Gym, back day. My posture is going to be awesome.

Also… I finally talked to that girl at the counter that I got a crush on. She has a ghetto hispanic accent that was such a turn off. gah. you know, even if she did say something intelligent, it would still sound stupid because of how she said it.
