The first time I took N.O.-Xplode was intense.  Within seconds, I had this intense focus and on every set I did, I went 5 lbs. higher and 1 or 2 reps more than what I usually did.  And I couldn’t sleep.  I went to work the next morning and worked out that evening on no sleep and another dosage of N.O.-Xplode… and I shattered my personal pull-up record.

Unfortunately, though, my body’s adjusted to it and even after cycling off it, the pump, focus, and energy boosting effects have faded a little.  I hear Gaspari’s SuperPump 250 is a better NO2 than N.O.-Xplode.  Just ordered some and I’m eager to try after finishing up my cycle-off phase.

I took the most amazing amount of punishment yesterday at my MMA gym.

Makes me almost want to go join a strip mall tkd joint and beat on middle aged office workers.

I can’t hang with the 18 year olds who want to be professional MMA fighters.

The most unhealthy thing I eat during the day is my morning protein shake.

i put vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, a little chocolate syrup, an oreo cookie, milk and about 30 grams of whey protein

But it tastes SOOOoooo good.

doesn’t sound too bad if it’s flat.

though chicago is flat, you always know you are traveling in the right direction because the wind is always blowing hard as hell against you. It is just Chicago bike commuting dynamics. but yeah, 6 miles isn’t too bad, it takes me 30 min to get to work via bike ride or driving. but when I drive, i have to spend money on parking and looking for a parking spot… sometimes i have to do street parking to which i have to feed the meter every couple hours. that SUCKS
