Hell, I could use that sometimes. Doesn’t help that the drive to and from the gym itself with traffic can be as long as I actually need to spend there.

Well, I am just saying,

If a trainer were to give you a call, and you make it to the gym with your card, it would take note that you came in when they called. and if you make it for your scheduled amount of times that month, you’d get a discount for the next months rate. it’d be a good way to get you to keep going for incentive to get better rates and to be at the gym more.

so i went over to xsport today, it was opening day.

PACKED AS FUCK. none the less awesome though.

nope. didnt work.

my motivation plan consists of someone rewarding me w/ 10 dollars for every day that i actually get to the gym and work out.
but since it wouldnt be fair, there’d be a minimum. like. i’d have to earn at least 120 dollars for the month before i actually get it. and if i dont meet the min then i have to buy that person dinner instead. and of course there’d be a cap too, so no worries of having to shell out 300 a month.

I took a single Hydroxycut this morning, then a can of coke at work around 6, now, it is 4am and i can’t sleep for the life of me. this sucks.

Went hiking along Hollyridge trail last night with some couchsurfers and was able to get behind the HOLLYWOOD sign. Ran into a kid who graduated from my highschool 2 years prior to me. Seemed bitter about life, and unsurprisingly unemployed despite graduating from berzerkely.

2 miles, ab and leg day.

gonna be sore as hell tomorrow. my legs were shaking today after the work out when i would lean my weight forward. still eating well after a week.hope this goes on.

that happened to me once when i took nox-plode before an evening workout. it was horrible staring at the ceiling all night.

my first nike+ sensor lasted 400+ miles.  my latest sensor lasted 15 miles. wtf.
