I would have been more productive today...if I hadn’t gotten choked out.

I HAD to choose the gym asshole to grapple with today.

I had it easy, he’s dislocated other people’s elboes before.  He’s an ass.  And he’s also banned from the gym for 2 months for the choking.

very productive today at the gym.

must have been the new playlist.

heh, same here, neckstrap earphones came in the mail last week and with my little mp3 player, i was able to do more. might’ve had something to do with not being in the gym for almost two weeks too… guaranteed to be sore tmrw.

six pack is making a very subtle but noticeable return after so many years!

no, nowhere close.

but being pissed off at shit and listening to very pissed off music helps keep your heart rate up at the gym working out harder and shit.

soft drinks are addictive… when i start drinking them, i have to have one every day.  then if for some reason i forgot then i wouldn’t drink them at all.

does martinelli’s count as a soft drink?  it’s bubbly and sweet but made from pure apples.  sort of satisfies the craving for bubbly drink.

It pretty much is, though I wouldn’t say it is. It’s like calling Zima a soft drink.

You should try Newton’s Folly Red Apple cider at Trader Joes. That’s some good stuff. At least if you get addicted to it, you can go to AA.

Bucktown 5k.  27min30sec @ 8:51/mi pace. Almost a full minute slower than my personal best, but I’m happy overall since my pace was too fast at the start.  Much happier with my pace at the Nike 10k.  I’ll have to try and PB the next 5k.
