no. i went for a 3 hour spa thing instead. getting pampered for 3 hours > ruining a good bra.

but today, i’m thinking i should hit the gym. some weights? what do you usually do? your rounds/sets?

^
I just take classes at my gym.

yesterday: since i missed my class, i had to kick my own ass. an hour of weights working the legs and abdominals. and then running for a little over 2 miles.

i feel like i can see a difference already. although that might just be wishful thinking. but skiniminiland, here i come!

Mon - 4.6 miles of treadmill running (was a rain/snow mix outside).  Hit up the golf dome for a couple of hours (does that count?)
Tue - 1.5 hours of weights. chest, biceps, abs, shoulders, triceps
Wed - 5.2 miles of outside running. was nice and sunny… around 38 degrees, no wind.  But I think I laced up my right shoe too tight, and got a blister on my arch.  Haven’t gotten one of those since I changed insoles.
Thur - 1.5 hours of weights. chest, biceps, abs, shoulders, triceps. Hit up the golf dome for a couple of hours.
Fri - 3.7 miles of outside running.  My blister started bothering me again, so i shut it down after 3.5 miles, and walked home.  Around 26 degrees at the time of the run… sun n clouds. pretty brisk wind.

Saturday and Sunday are typically my off days, but I"m going to start training on Sundays for an 8k run later this month.

I ate a chocolate bundt cake yesterday, and a slice of cheesecake the day before that.

How’s that for a workout.

^let’s hit up a Brazilian steakhouse and keep your marker on green for an hour.  now THAT’S a workout! haha

Mon - 5.29 miles outside running.  About 32 degrees and clear at the time.  former blister spot still bothering me.
Tues - 2 hours of weights. all upper body
Wed - 5.3 miles outside running.  Beautiful today. 41 degrees, sunny.  blister spot still bothering me, but a little less so.

The 8k race is at the end of the month. This blister needs to go away.
