I recently watched Hotel Rwanda and there’s this one scene where Don Cheadle’s character and another guy are running over all of these bodies. The scene following it where Don lets himself go just for a few moments is one of the most powerful I’ve seen in a really long time.
I saw Talk to her tonight. Haven’t decided if I liked it yet. i think i liked All about my mother more.
More cheese, less comedy than Will Ferrell’s other two sports underdog/hero movies. It almost seemed like a remake of Talladega Nights and Blades of Glory, only this time the sport is basketball.
The movie is allegedly about the rise of Cobra Commander, so he could be him. I guess they are throwing out the whole Cobra La storyline.
The problem is, I just pictured Joe Reyes as Cobra Commander, the hooded version, and thought, “He would look so silly with spikes distorting the shape of the hood.”
saw The Warriors, but it was in Mandarin, with Chinese subtitles, which means I didn’t understand 3/4 of the movie. Had some cool over-the-top scenes though.
I wanna see the new Appleseed movie, but the fact that it’s straight to DVD is a bad sign.
How did you like some of the gang outfits, like the ones for the Baseball Furies? =D
over the top is putting it mildly.
cheesiness aside, it’s enjoyable.

Ray Park ... Snake Eyes, I was like, cool. Snake Eyes is korean. then I clicked on the image and he wasn’t.
anyhow, I just watched Candy, with heath ledger and the busted version of charliez theron. i hate drug movies. I dont like watching junkies shoot up, and i can never feel sympathy for the characters in the movie when they go through so much shit and trouble all because of their drug problems.
