you’re probably right about batman.  i vaguely remember the keaton/jack from when i was a kid and it seemed pretty cool back then.

^ they don’t adjust for inflation.  so titanic probably would have earned more based on todays ticket prices.  They really need to do away with the dollar amount and switch to number of tickets sold.  This way you don’t have to worry about things like that or how kids and seniors pay less for a movie.

also you did it wrong you need to watch the batman with clooney and arnold.  then watch batman begins.

hahaa. Batman Begins, even for its detractors, admit that it was definitely a reboot of the franchise.

And yes, they always adjust to inflation. The Dark Knight also has a strange advantage: IMAX tickets, which are more expensive.

^ i liked batman begins.  It was really good.  It game more depth the batman and to bruce wayne.  They developed everything so well that they could jump right into the meat of the story for dark knight, kind of like xmen 1 and 2.  I dont think dark knight would have done as well if they didnt start with a batman begins.  but i agree dark knight is the better movie.

Chicago looked awesome in Dark Knight. I almost got distracted from the story while recognizing each building/site… even saw my sister’s car

i did enjoy the first half of batman begins where they told about his beginnings.  i actually really liked the outdoors shots of when he was in japan/china/tibet (i’m not sure where he was) training.  the crime fighting part of it got ridiculous.  i guess that is a superhero type story, but i prefer something simpler.

^ I was almost tempted for mindless CGI action until you said that. thanks for being an accountability partner.

though I heard the mammoth stampede scene was something worth noting.

The wifey dragged me to “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2” today.  Surprisingly, it wasn’t as horrible as I thought… but it was still a chick flick.

Pretty cool to see Leonard Nam represent’n in the movie as the “normal boyfriend” of one of the girls:

Asian power.

I saw “Pineapple Express” this week.

It’s funny, but towards the end of the movie, it gets so random.  Probably a better movie if one is stoned.

mila kunis is much hotter than kristen bell.  maybe that’s just a brunette preference over blondes.

^ i’m definitely in agreement with the
brunette preference over blondes.

going with just looks, mila is hot while
kristen is cute. kristen also reminds me
of this girl i crushed on years ago.

when i hear mila speak though, i’m
reminded of this cool Hwhip episode:

she spent that episode obsessing over brian.
hilarious.
