I really want to see this movie Bag Head.

While the Duplass Brothers were shooting their last feature film The Puffy Chair, a crew member raised the question “what’s the scariest thing you can think of?” Someone immediately said “a guy with a bag on his head staring into your window.” Some agreed, but some thought it was downright ridiculous and, if anything, funny (but definitely not scary). Thus, BAGHEAD was born, an attempt to take the absurdly low-concept idea of a “guy with a bag on his head” and make a funny, truthful, endearing film that, maybe, just maybe, was a little bit scary, too.

I want to see Bigger, Stronger, Faster and Surfwise. Both documentaries received perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes. I love documentaries.

I watched Zombie Strippers, 21, Superhero Movie, Be Kind Rewind, The Onion Movie and a couple more this week.

Zombie Strippers was so bad, but some of the special effects in it, like when they were blowing eachother up and shooting eachother was actually kinda cool. Even though you knew it was cheesy as hell. It was still cool. 21 should have ended better, Superhero movie… ehh, Be kind rewind was pretty charming but should have expanded the ending or something and the Onion Movie was like sketch comedy… and they just linked a whole bunch of their online videos together and tied them in a little with an anchorman style behind the scenes thing.

^ $16.

it’s a bad ass movie on its own. but viewed in imax. experienced with all your friends. i don’t think $16 is expensive for the whole experience you’ll be getting.

Wanted was over-the-top like Shoot ‘Em Up and therefore freaking awesome.  Loved it.

^^^ I’m not a big fan of IMAX. IMAX is only good for fly over the Grand Canyon type of movies (scenic movies) but to watch full on action flick, it’s little too much. You are constantly turning your head to not miss anything on the screen… but you end up missing whole lot.

Watched Wall-E and Wanted this weekend. Wall E had really nice environmental and social commentary. I enjoyed it but wasn’t as good as Ratatouille.

Wanted was little too over the top for me. I like action but to have bullet hitting bullets? C’mon. But if you like action, it’s entertaining.
