I was thinking that… but then it would be the Ultimates instead of the Avengers, but I guess the Ultimates name is not well established.

Pepper Potts was hot.

Haven’t made that observation on Gwyneth Paltrow in a long time.

I just hope a redheaded girlfriend doesnt get in the way of stark being a jerk playboy in the future movies. stark doesnt have a solid love interest cause in the comic, everyone and their mama knew who he was. so he never kept anyone close to him for anyone to go after.

Yeah, I found Gwyneth Paltrow surprisingly attractive as Pepper Potts.

Also, as much as Tony Stark was filled with Robert Downey Jr.’s trademark wit and deadpan delivery, I never felt like I was watching Downey himself on screen.  It seemed like I was watching an entirely different person.  Props to him for taking over his role.

I was kinda confused by the surprise ending b/c I thought Nick Fury was white (I had those sweet Series 3 trading cards).  Turns out he’s black in an Ultimate series, so I guess it checks out OK.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, like omg screw Marvel vs Capcom, Marvel vs Wachowski Bros would be awesome.  Was actually kinda disappointed that it wasn’t.

I knew right away it was Samuel L. Jackson.  That voice is unmistakable.

lol

Actually for a moment I thought I heard Lawrence Fishburne.

Alot of fans are outraged that Samnuel L is getting to play Nick Fury b/c welll...b/c he’s Samuel L and he probably asked for it like he asked to be in Star Wars.  *shrugs*

I’m glad that Iron Man didn’t suck as Ki had originally predicted.  It’s a bit on the slower side, but it could’ve been a fricken disaster, especially if Mandarin had been included in the plot.

Yeah, I was wrong about Iron Man. It was quite entertaining.

checked out sarah marshall last night and it was funny.  except now, for 2 fridays in a row (harold and kumar last week), i’ve seen movies with male frontal nudity.  unnecessary.

haha you too?  what amused me most was the collective *gasp* of the whole theatre each and every time they flashed his junk.  Mila Kunis was hot in Sarah Marshall, and the movie overall was hilarious.  Kristin Bell looked good too. Definitely made me miss Hawaii.  Best quote: “Are those sad tissues or happy tissues?”

Harold and Kumar was funny.  Not as funny as the first, but still a really good laugh.  NPH rules. Favorite quote from Neil Patrick Harris: “Everytime I see a bag of Hershey’s Kisses my balls get so wet. “
