sweeny todd… meh.  too much fake blood, even for that type of movie. save the “money shot” for the end, i also expected Borat’s character to have a bigger role,

the old jackie chan/sammo hung movie Winners and Sinners is still a great funny movie. The rollerskating under the truck scene with Chan was amazing.

it’s getting mixed, but definitely not as many good reviews as the first one.

Yeah, makes me sad. It’s almost like the movie that’s suppose to “rep” us, as Asian-American, imho.

From watxhing.  It sucked.  It tells you nothing new.

Muslims are just like us.  The West misunderstands them.  Blah, blah blah.

^ cool. but the trailer makes me nervous.

Looks like another botched comic-to-movie project.

The wiriter of the comic book Wanted wrote the script, so it might not be too bad.  I mean, after all, if it was based on the comic, it would star Eminem, Halle Berry and Tommy Lee Jones.

^

he oversaw, no? Timur Bekmambetov actually took the helm and made it “hard-R” for Millar’s (the author) tastes.

But yeah, there’s a lot of little things that made Wanted money. And I really hope it transitions well onto the screen.

just watched harold and kumar go to guantanamo bay, it’s all right--it has it’s moments--but the first one was definitely better.
