no, i was referring to what tenjay said.  in my podcast, i said to reply in podcast form (if you can).

i can’t believe ki didn’t know what a mushroom stamp was.

i like mooncakes.  they’re for a festival in the fall (harvest festival?), not new years.  i’ve always eaten them in pie slices rather than taking a big bite out of them.  i’m not sure if you’re supposed to eat them one way or another, but that way works for me.

Yeah, weird. I never heard that phrase before. When Mike said it, this was what i was picturing.

catching up with the podcasts right now (work started blocking them).

Dude, skype keeps on dropping in and out, and we miss what things some people have to hear. I heard Gar say, “What was that?” a few times.

Is there a way to fix that?

^i don’t think it’s that bad.  wouldn’t you need to get better internet connections?

Script them and record separately?

Yeah, I thought about having everyone record their own voice during the podcast and combine them after. But It’s important to get these podcast out quickly so they stay relevant. I’ll have to look into another non-internet option.

i’m against scripting because you lose the interaction.  i think each person recording their own tracks and then compiling them into one track would be alright.

Well, its the timeliness that’s an issue.  And as we get better at this, the better the podcasts will get.

We recorded the new one last night, and there was only one or two issues this time.  One that I thought was obvious and the second was not really an issue at all.

And we got it out there today.

I think that’s pretty decent turn around.

i’m a little surprised by the hard line you guys take on laura ling and euna lee.  i find the idea that they should have known what they were dealing with similar to telling a girl who was raped, “you were dressed skimpily, you should have known better.”
