I have an LG VX8600 through Verizon.  I like thin clamshells and it’s way better than anything I’ve had before.

I’m satisfied.

Samsung D807

Not a phone for power users, but it has a simple yet sleek design and it does the job well… and it’s Korean.

Yep, I use a Holux GPSlim 236. There’s probably newer and better bluetooth GPS’s now, and even the new Nokia phones have builtin GPS. Anything with the SiRFStarIII chipset or better will usually determine your location within 30seconds. I got mine off ebay for around $80 2 years ago. I got the nav software (Tom Tom) and maps through bittorent means.

Just as important as what you have, how long between having to charge your battery?

I keep finding myself having to charge every 2~3 days.

it depends on how much i use the phone, if i’m using it to look up stuff on the edge network constantly i’d charge twice a day but normally i charge my phone every 2-3 days as well.

^I lost that phone in Thailand. I really liked it though. The ability to record and playback phone conversations on the fly was pretty sweet.

“So make a right on right on westwood, left on veteran, right on ... left, left, third traffic light, right, past 3 stop signs, before the ....”
“K, got it.”
“You sure? Well, call me when you get lost.”

No getting lost involved.
