researching phones, i came across this.

crushinnnn.

Apparently Brazil has the largest population of Japanese, outside of Japan.  My girlfriend spent a summer there, and she said that the Japanese have been there so long, that most can only speak Portuguese, and not Japanese or English.

T-Mobile’s really testing my patience.  Phone selection is still blah… 3G is not yet fully functional.  According to my sister’s b/f who works for t-mobile, they should be getting the Blackberry Bold (a/k/a 9000) in a couple of months, so hopefully that means a full roll-out of 3g, FINALLY.

portuguese has some spanish sounding words, just like many languages, and from what my friend from Brazil told me, is that Brazilians can understand and speak spanish and vice versa.  according to their youtube site http://www.youtube.com/user/comprarmagazine they are based in Miami, Hometown: Sao Paulo, Quito, Bogota, Buenos Aires

Of all those places, only one speaks Portugese.

My money is on Spanish.

^i’m just sayin… that’s my explanation for an Asian girl speaking a spanish-sounding language.  I’ll have my girlfriend listen to it.  She spent an entire summer there before.

I know.  I just have a good ear for that kinda stuff, because I have an uncanny knack of offending pretty girls in their native tongues.

For all the iPhone users, which application have you installed and find most useful? I have on my phone Pandora (music), AOL Radio (music), Morocco (game), Google, Remote, and just installed Wordpress. I haven’t tried the Wordpress but I can see how useful it can be if you are a blogger.

just pickup a 3g and installed midomi, scribble, quicksend, and enigmo (game). Like the game, but draining (battery). I have not found a song that midomi can ID so I’m a bit disappointed, but not really surprised. I’m also not looking for the most popular stuff. I downloaded remote and have used it a couple of times, but don’t expect to
