The terrorist will either look confused or laugh as the Anti-terror cops approch them, and the cops will use that pause to kill them all.

looks like the segway could be a good idea if it had some shield.  i went to an outlet mall a few weeks ago and the security guy was riding around on a segway.

Uh, so what happens when you shot the gun and there’s recoil?  Wouldn’t it be better to give cops a pair of those roller sneakers or maybe a razor instead?

i wonder if they’re souped-up segeways.. like they can go 40 mph and drop anti-personnel mines .
